Do my recipients have to subscribe to weSend to download my files?

No, your recipients can receive your files without being registered on weSend.

Is weSend free?

Yes, weSend is free for sending files up to 40 MB (without option).

You can send files even larger (up to 2 GB) by subscribing or by buying credits.

If I want to send a file larger than 40MB or use advanced options, do I have to subscribe?

If you need to send files frequently, you can subscribe or buy credits selectively.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), Paypal, Bank Transfer, Check and Administrative Payment Order (for authorities) are accepted.

How long will it take for my order to be validated?

Your order is validated upon receipt of the payment. If you pay by Credit Card or Paypal, validation is automatic afterwards.

Where can I find my orders and invoices?

You will find your orders/invoices in "My account" under "My orders/invoices".

How can I modify my email address?

You can modify your email address via your personal weSend space : MY ACCOUNT > My PROFILE section

How long does is take to transfer files?

The transfer depends on your Internet connection's upload speed.

With a 1 Mbps line (upload), it takes an average 13 minutes to transfer 100 MB.

How can I send hundreds of files (or more) at once?

To send hundreds of files at once, the easiest way is to create first, on your computer, a ZIP archive containing all your files, and then to send it with weSend.

It is a bit like sending a big parcel instead of lots of small packages. Thus you "factorise" our dispatch.

How to close my account?

You can close your weSend account by logging into your weSend personal space; once there, go to:

"Account" then "My profile" and select "close my account".

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Password forgotten", and enter the e-mail address you use to connect to weSend. You will receive a first e-mail containing a link. Click on this link and you will receive a second e-mail with your new password.

What file types can I send?

You may send all file types (office, multimedia, dtp, etc.), weSend has no restrictions as to file extensions.

Do I need to install specific software to use weSend ?

No, weSend works directly from your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera...). You just have to connect to your weSend space to use the service.

What is the procedure for downloading files for recipients?

Recipients receive an e-mail from the weSend user in the format: Nom de l’expéditeur via weSend.com. They may download the files by clicking on the links shown in the e-mail.

What is the procedure for downloading files for recipients?

Is there a limited number of recipients per files sent?

No, you can send large files to as many recipients as you want.
